Our Team
Medical Clinics has built up an exceptional team of professionals working together to produce industry leading care. Specialist senior managers head up each area of the organisation with years of experience and qualifications focusing on efficiency and best practice. The SMT works closely with the company directors to use modern approaches and technology to achieve a world class dermatology service.

Clinical Director
Dr. Morris is member of the British Association of Dermatologists, British Society for Dermatological surgery, American Academy of Dermatologists and the International Peeling Society.
Dr Susana Morris
Clinical Director
Dr Morris is a member of the British Association of Dermatologists, British Society of Dermatological Surgery, British Society for the Study of Vulval Disease.
Dr Sandeep Cliff
Clinical Director
Dr Cliff was one of the initial clinicians who formed the company in 2009 - he undertakes regular clinics across both the Surrey/Sussex and Kent sites and is also the responsible officer for SCDS.
Anthony (Tony) Dalby TD, FCA
Finance Director
Tony is a highly accomplished and qualified Chartered Accountant with an impressive 45 years in both professional practice and commerce.
Grace Hancock

A strategic leader with expertise in organisational transformation, sustainability, and risk management. Grace combines analytical insight and operational experience to deliver high‑impact projects that strengthen performance and resilience.
Anna Baldwin
Director of Operations
Anna was hired back in 2009 as a Business Development Manager and was integral at mobilising the organisation’s first ever NHS community contract based in Mid-Sussex in 2010.

Carolyn is a member of the British Dermatology Nursing Group, and a facilitator of the South East Education for Dermatology Services for nurses. (SEEDS)

Lorraine boasts a two-decade-long history in Dermatology, encompassing various specialties such as phototherapy, PDT, patch testing, wound care, axillary Botox, and the treatment of keloid scars.
